Projects

Ladies and Gents Toilets

This project consisted of the refurbishment of Ladies and Gents Toilets which included the installation of basins, urinals, and WC’s. The project was delivered on time and within budget.

LPHW Overdoor Heaters

This project consisted of the removal of existing ceilings, recessed heaters, and electrical wiring. New recessed heaters were installed along with the alteration to existing pipework and wiring. The ceiling where reinstated upon completion of the works which were carried out to the clients satisfaction, within relevant timescales and budget.

External Drainage

The client was experiencing problems with the existing drainage which resulted in Eppic carrying out an extensive survey. This resulted in the excavation of existing ground fabric and the renewal of the external drainage system. The project was tailored to meet the clients requirements which included minimal downtime to the toilets on the East Wing minimising any disruption to the client’s normal working practice.
