Cluny Place

This project consisted of opening up an existing bathroom and Utility Room, taking down walls and a cupboard area to form a larger shower / bathroom and the refurbishment of the utility room, which included removal of water tank, hot water cylinder and converting to mains and the installation of a new combi boiler. The works included structural works, electrical, heating, plumbing, gas boiler, Joinery, decor, & Tiling.
